    The first five years of any business are the hardest and the most formative. That's when every system gets built, tested and rebuilt. I spent those years at Brothers' Field in downtown Long Grove, working alongside owners Jesse and Aaron DeSoto to build it from the ground up: events, sponsorships, inventory and staff. Much of what it is today took shape in those years. I've answered the phone, juggled the schedule and fixed what broke on the busiest days. That's why I build things owners actually use, not just things that look nice.
